features Alternative Country architect Chris Hillman with Herb Pedersen and Al Perkins; Newgrass pioneer John Cowan, and a host of national and regional acts, including The “Futures of Bluegrass” with Sierra Hull, Cory and Jerrod Walker, Ryan Holladay, and Jonathon and Jamie Davis.
The MBF also hosts the NYS Flatpicking and Mandolin Competitions, sponsored by Weber Mandolins and Green Mountain Guitars. Free workshops, craft and food vendors and lakeside jamming.
It also features a late-night Saturday component in the local night spots.
